TK Audubon Membership Meeting 

November 14th: 6:30pm

Cafe 210, Visalia

Since the procedures for the Board of Directors, as well as, the field trips and speaker meetings have changed since the current Constitution and Bylaws were adopted in 2013, the Board of Directors is requesting that the membership approve an updated Constitution and Bylaws at a meeting open to all members of the Tulare Kings Audubon Society in November. This will be a short meeting prior to the regular speaker meeting.

The proposed and existing Constitutions are available for review.
